Peanut Butter Jelly Cookies

90 g white sugar
90 g brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
220 g Twisted Nut Smoooth Peanut Butter

Strawberry Jam

Mix all the ingredients together until a firm dough has formed. Wrap the dough in foil and chill in the fridge for an hour.

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Form small balls with the help of a teaspoon and place on baking paper. Press lightly into the balls with your index finger and fill with a little strawberry jam (1/2 teaspoon).

Bake the cookies for 7-9 minutes. Leave to cool and enjoy.
