Terms of service

General terms and conditions of business

Scope

Our general terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods from our shop, which you as a consumer or entrepreneur conclude with us (Corby Lovell, Richard-Sorge-Str 59, 10249 Berlin, telephone: 017644313702, mail: corby@twistednut.de).

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

Our general terms and conditions apply exclusively. Differing, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions only become part of the contract if and to the extent that we have expressly agreed to their validity. This consent requirement applies in all cases, for example even if we carry out the contract without reservation despite knowing the terms and conditions.

conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the goods in our shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part to conclude a contract, but rather a non-binding invitation to submit a legally binding offer by you. You can submit this offer by selecting the desired goods, placing them in the shopping cart, going through the ordering process and clicking the button that completes the ordering process. Alternatively, you can also submit this offer by
email .

We will confirm receipt of your offer immediately by email. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

We can declare acceptance of your offer within five days, starting from the day after you submitted your offer, using the alternatives described below:
- We will send you an order confirmation by email, fax or post. The time at which you receive the order confirmation is decisive.
- We deliver the goods you have ordered. The time at which you receive the ordered goods is decisive.
- We request payment. The time at which you receive the payment request is decisive.
- If you use a payment method offered by us where you give the payment instruction during the ordering process or by clicking the button that completes the ordering process, or immediately after completing the ordering process, we already declare acceptance of your offer at the time you give the payment instruction. Whether and, if so, for which payment methods this is the case can be found in the “Payment” section.

If several of the alternatives described above exist, the time at which your offer is accepted will be determined by the one that occurs first.

If we do not accept your offer in time, it will be deemed rejected. You are then no longer bound by your offer.

We will save the contract text after the contract has been concluded. We will send you the details of your order and our general terms and conditions by email.
