Ingredients
1 container of plain or vanilla greek yogurt

1 ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla or regular almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

For the layers/toppings:

2 tablespoons low sugar blueberry jam

2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
Instructions
Add yogurt and milk to a bowl and stir until all is well combined and is creamy. Stir in chia seeds, oats, and blueberries. Cover bowl and place it in the fridge for at least three hours or of course, overnight!

Once ready to assemble, grab two large mason jars. Fill each jar halfway full with oat mixture, then add a big tablespoon of blueberry jam followed by an even bigger tablespoon of peanut butter to each jar. Top with remaining oats, then cover and place in the fridge for later or serve by adding a handful of blueberries to the top
Storage note: Overnight oats will last up to 5 days covered airtight in the fridge.
